As a Ticketing & Reservations Agent, you will be the face of the airline, greeting passengers with a smile. You will be responsible for booking tickets and rebooking them during delays and cancellations. Additionally, you will work extensively with passenger and baggage data in reservation systems of multiple airlines.

You enjoy a challenge and are eager to dive into complex processes such as ticketing and pricing. Your workplace is dynamic: you will be actively working at the ticket counter, check-in, and at the gate. You will proactively sell extra services, such as special seats for extra legroom or other upgrades, ensuring that every passenger starts their journey with a good feeling!

Who are we?

Aviapartner is one of the largest independent ground handling companies, operating at 70 airports across 7 European countries (Belgium, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and the Netherlands) and South Africa. Your Profile

You have strong communication skills and can interact with customers in a professional manner.You take initiative, are enthusiastic, and feel comfortable approaching passengers.Sales experience is a plus.You have completed an MBO-4 level education.You have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages.Experience with the Amadeus reservation system is required.You are flexible and can reach the airport between 04:30 AM and 10:30 PM.

What we offer

A growing base salary of at least €2.744,- for a 38-hour workweek, excluding allowances and based on your experience. This salary is supplemented by a shift allowance. If you work before 07:00 AM, after 07:00 PM, or on weekends, you'll receive an additional allowance, ranging from 22% to 40%. But more importantly, we offer varied and challenging work within the dynamic world of aviation, with plenty of opportunities for career growth.

In addition:

• Travel reimbursement up to 20 km per single trip (maximum €9.20 per day).
• If you travel by public transport, you’ll receive a travel allowance of up to €16.20 per day.
