Every day at the airport is different, filled with dynamic challenges, responsibility, and opportunities to meet people from all around the world. That is exactly what makes my job so exciting and inspiring.

The Supervisor organizes, coordinates, and oversees the team’s daily operations, ensuring safety, comfort, and personalized attention for every passenger. Through strong communication skills, leadership, and a customer-oriented approach, he/she contributes to the smooth flow of airport processes and upholds high service standards.

Meet Ognyan - Bus Driver / Baggage HandlerMy name is Ognyan, and for the past 36 years I have been part of the Transport Department team, where I currently hold the position of Manager, Sector 4.
Throughout all these years, I have remained committed to both my profession and my team because my work has always given me a sense of security, stability, and peace of mind. What I value most is the respect, trust, and recognition I have received from my managers and colleagues over the years. Strong relationships and mutual support have been among the key reasons why I have chosen to remain part of this organization for so long.
Last but not least, my profession allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance. At the end of the working day, I can dedicate my time to my family, personal interests, and hobbies without bringing work responsibilities home.
