Job Opening: VIP Lounge Receptionist

Aviapartner is rapidly expanding its operations at Luanda International Airport (NBJ). We are currently seeking experienced VIP Lounge Receptionists to ensure consistent, compelling, and pleasant service in welcoming our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receive and greet VIP clients courteously and professionally

• Ensure the VIP lounge is always impeccable and well-organized

• Coordinate reservations and ensure all client needs are met

• Provide accurate information about services available in the VIP lounge

• Resolve any client issues or concerns efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or aviation.

• Basic knowledge of computer skills (PC, tablet, check-in systems).

• Experience with VIP customer service is an advantage.

• Familiarity with high passenger flow environments.

• Intermediate level of English proficiency for communication with foreign passengers.
