Check-in Agent L. 68/99

Aviapartner is looking for motivated Passenger Service Agents belonging to protected categories L.68/99 to join the Landside department at Milan Linate Airport.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of ground handling activities related to passenger services, including check-in operations, boarding procedures, and general passenger assistance.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform passenger and baggage check-in operations with accuracy and attention to detail, in compliance with current regulations on security, safety, privacy, and quality, including issuing boarding passes and baggage tags;

• Verify travel documentation in accordance with the entry requirements of destination countries (e.g. passports and visas);

• Ensure the smooth handling of transfer procedures for connecting passengers;

• Collaborate with airport staff to provide a positive travel experience;

• Handle any issues professionally and promptly.

The applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) is Air Transport – Specific Section: Handlers.

Working hours: 20 hours per week, distributed across shifts

Salary:

• €529.84 (art. H15 CCNL)

• €252.65 cost-of-living allowance (art. H16 CCNL)

• €2.52 daily allowance (art. H19 CCNL)

• €0.13 shift allowance (art. H20 CCNL)

• €0.13 field allowance (art. H21 CCNL)
