Job Opening: VIP Lounge Services Supervisor

At Luanda International Airport (NBJ), Aviapartner is rapidly expanding its operations. We are currently seeking experienced Supervisors for VIP Lounge Services. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent daily operations and effective management of services and spaces, ensuring all departments meet service and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lounge Manager as needed

  • Maintain a positive and motivated team relationship

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene policies

  • Align operational costs with the projected business plan

  • Ensure proper storage of all raw materials and consumables, following all regulations

  • Ensure shifts are adequately covered throughout the year to maintain quality service

  • Monitor and align extra costs with activity

  • Deliver monthly schedules to all team members well in advance

  • Provide continuous training for the team

  • Recognize and promote team members who exceed expectations, both internally and with clients

  • Prepare requested reports

  • Participate in national or international events as requested by the Lounge Manager

Job requirements

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in team supervision in hospitality, aviation, lounges, or catering; 3 to 5 years of operational supervision experience in hospitality, catering, aviation, or lounges. Proven experience in managing multicultural teams. Solid knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP). Experience in creating schedules, cost control, and stock management. Education in Hospitality, Tourism, Management, or similar fields (preferred). English proficiency required (intermediate to advanced level) due to interaction with international passengers and airline teams.
