MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION

Welcome clients

✓ Welcome clients in dedicated areas while considering the specific needs of the clientele.

✓ Assist and support individual clients: passengers with reduced mobility (PRM), unaccompanied minors to help them with check-in, transfers, boarding, arrivals, baggage delivery, etc.


Inform clients and their companions individually and/or collectively

✓ Provide general, individual, and collective information related to departures, check-ins, boardings, and arrivals: flights, guidelines to follow, directions to halls, zones, boarding gates, baggage claim belts, etc.

✓ Guide clients geographically within the airport.

✓ Provide assistance and support to passengers, clients, and their companions to facilitate their journey.


Ensure necessary communication for the smooth operation of operations with company employees, stakeholders, partners, and passengers


Job requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS / PREREQUISITES FOR THE POSITION

✓ No professional experience required for the position.

✓ Skills in sales techniques and conflict management.

✓ Mastery of airline procedures.

✓ Proficiency in English.



REQUIRED DEGREES / LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS

✓ The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in the field.

✓ Driver's license holder.

✓ Holder of certifications related to the activity.

✓ Acquisition and mastery of mandatory authorizations and permits.



POSITION CHARACTERISTICS AND ENVIRONMENT

✓ The profession is carried out in regulated areas and requires administrative authorizations.

✓ Shift work including weekends and holidays.

✓ Partially outdoor work.

✓ Wearing professional attire and safety equipment is mandatory.

✓ Compliance with the "Uniform Charter" is mandatory (uniform, presentation, behavior).
