Load Control Supervisor

Main Purpose: Ensure supervision of the Load Control process, guaranteeing accurate preparation, validation, and issuance of operational documentation while leading the team and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Load Control team

• Validate Weight & Balance, Loadsheet, Trim Sheet, LIR, CPM, LDM, UCM, and MVT messages

• Ensure LMC integration and operational flight control

• Monitor planning, resources, and performance

• Manage communication with operational stakeholders

• Ensure Safety and Security compliance

• Support audits, training, and continuous improvement

Technical Skills:

• Weight & Balance

• IATA DGR Regulations

• DCS Systems

• SITA Messages

• Microsoft Office

• KPIs:

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or relevant degree;

• 4-5 years aviation operations experience;

• Leadership experience;

• Knowledge of DCS, Weight & Balance, SITA and MS Office;

• Fluent English;
