Load Control Agent

Main Purpose: To ensure the preparation, calculation, control and issuance of aircraft loading documentation while guaranteeing safe, compliant and on-time flight departures

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Weight & Balance calculations.

• Prepare loading instructions and loadsheets.

• Issue operational flight documentation.

• Coordinate with Check-in, Ramp, Cargo, OCC and Flight Crew.

• Manage Last Minute Changes (LMC).

• Ensure compliance with Safety and Security requirements.

• Support safe and timely flight departures.

Technical Skills:

• Weight & Balance.

• IATA DGR Regulations.

• DCS Systems.

• SITA Messaging.

• Microsoft Office.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or relevant degree;

• 2-4 years aviation operations experience;

• Leadership experience;

• Knowledge of DCS, Weight & Balance, SITA and MS Office;

• Fluent English;
