Passenger Service and Coordination Agent Duties

• Flight preparation and dispatch documentation processing

• Flight control and monitoring

• Passenger and baggage check-in

• Lost baggage claims handling

• Flight boarding procedures

• Documentation tasks and customer service at the check-in desk

• Preparation and processing of flight documentation

• Coordination of aircraft turnaround operations

• Communication with the aircraft and time monitoring

• Assistance and support for flight crews and technical staff

This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced airport environment.

• For the Passenger and Operations positions, a B1/B2 level of English and driving license is required.
