Job Offer: VIP Lounge Barman
At Luanda International Airport (NBJ), Aviapartner is rapidly expanding its operations. We are currently seeking experienced VIP Lounge Barman. Ensuring consistent, compelling, and pleasant service in serving drinks and food to lounge guests, including alcoholic beverages, cocktails, barista-style coffee, and hot drinks.
Main Responsibilities:
Maintain the lounge bar area organized, clean, and well-presented;
Interact with lounge guests at the bar area;
Keep buffets and self-service areas according to the specified mise en place;
Organize the bar area so that dishes, glasses left, are removed;
Arrange seating and stools in the bar area to always remain in accordance with the Lounge layout orientation;
Work carefully and report any breakages, damaged materials, etc.
Job requirements
Qualifications and Experience
2 to 3 years of experience as a bartender, barista, or in F&B service. Knowledge of cocktails, alcoholic beverages, and barista-style coffee. Experience in premium customer service. Education in bartending or beverages is an advantage. English proficiency required (intermediate level) due to interaction with international passengers.
