Job Opening: Experienced VIP Lounge Kitchen Assistant

At the Luanda International Airport (NBJ), Aviapartner is rapidly expanding its operations. We are currently seeking experienced VIP Lounge Kitchen Assistants to ensure excellent daily operations and optimal management of services and spaces, ensuring all departments meet service and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the Lounge Manager as needed

• Check and adjust the buffet for opening and closing hours

• Ensure all refrigerators are stocked

• Check, clean, and restock coffee machines

• Check and restock dishware

• Inform the Head Chef and Kitchen Assistant about buffet items in progress

• Replace buffet items, cups, plates, beverages, and napkins

• Prepare the breakfast menu to all-day menu transition

• Replace the buffet before food runs out

• Clean the buffet area

• Always use gloves and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Qualifications and Experience

1 year of experience in kitchen, pantry, catering, or buffet replenishment. Basic knowledge of food hygiene. Experience with coffee machines and food replenishment. Basic English is not mandatory but is an advantage.
