Job Opening: Kitchen/Cleaning Helper - VIP Lounge

At the Luanda International Airport (NBJ), Aviapartner is rapidly expanding its operations. We are currently seeking experienced Kitchen Assistant/Cleaning Staff for the VIP Lounge. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent daily operations and effective management of services and spaces, ensuring all departments meet service and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of all Catering Provider responsibilities

• Assist in receiving all deliveries from the Catering Provider

• Aid in dishwashing tasks

• Pre-clean and dispose of trash

• Sanitize all dishes before using the dishwasher

• Check for any damaged or broken items

• Count broken items and report to the kitchen supervisor per shift

• Dry all dishes, trays, cups, utensils, glasses, and any items used during the shift

• Clean floors, counters, refrigerators, stoves, and maintain a clean kitchen, storage areas, and stockrooms

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in pantry, kitchen cleaning, or operational support (minimum 6 months).

Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.

Ability to handle physical loads and fast pace.
