Training Coordinator

🔹 Your role:

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, updating, and tracking training programs, as well as coordinating and providing methodological support to trainers, instructors, and mentors. You will work closely with various departments within the company to ensure high-quality training and compliance with aviation and company standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

o    Organizing and coordinating training (classroom, individual, self-study)

o   Planning and tracking training progress

o   Updating training and course materials

o   Providing functional guidance and coaching to trainers and mentors

o   Ensuring quality control and compliance with internal procedures and SLAs

o   Administrative reporting, schedules, and daily reports

o   Ensuring safety and compliance with airport and company regulations

🎯 Our requirements:

•      Education: bachelor’s degree

•       2+ years of experience in a similar position

•       Excellent communication and organizational skills

•       Coaching, planning, and teamwork skills

•       Good command of English (written and spoken)
