Check-in Agent

Aviapartner is currently seeking Check-in Agents to join Landside Department at Milan Linate Airport. As a Check-in Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process for our passengers.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome passengers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the check-in process

• Verify travel documents, such as passports and visas, to ensure compliance with regulations

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and luggage tags

• Collaborate with other airport personnel to ensure a seamless passenger experience

• Resolve any issues or concerns raised by passengers in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Driving licence (B) and car owner

• Strong motivation, sense of responsability , punctuality

• Client oriented

• Good IT skills and use of devices.
