Passenger Agent

Would you like to join the team as a Passenger Services Coordinator? This is an incredible role in which you and your colleagues are responsible for the smooth running of daily operations. We ensure that airlines can transport passengers 365 days a year.

Who are we?

Aviapartner is one of the largest independent ground handling operators at 70 airports in seven European countries (Belgium, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and the Netherlands) and South Africa. In Spain, we have approximately 2,000 employees, including ramp, operations and passenger agents. We are present at 15 airports, including the country's main airports: Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Valencia, Ibiza and Tenerife South, among others. We are a company with many opportunities.

What will you be doing? As a Passenger Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You will be responsible for managing employees, ensuring that check-in counters open on time and gates are staffed on time, handling passenger and baggage check-in, baggage claims, lost baggage, and flight boarding. You will also perform some administrative tasks, among other duties.

REQUISITOS

Your profile

You have the ability to deal creatively and flexibly with unforeseen circumstances. At the same time, you are patient, communicate well, and are enthusiastic and decisive. You are an ambitious person who knows how to keep a cool head in high-pressure work situations. You will also need:

·High school diploma or equivalent.

·Minimum B1 level of English, or at least the required level of reading and comprehension.

·An English test will be administered.

·Experience in the sector is not required, although it will be valued.

Tasks to be performed

The tasks to be performed will be:

·Preparation and sealing of flights.

·Flight control.

·Passenger and baggage check-in.

·Claims for lost baggage.

·Flight boarding.

·Documentation tasks: customer service at the counter.

·Processing and preparing flight documentation.
