Aviapartner is seeking a Planning Personnel Professional who will be responsible for the effective scheduling of employees in a dynamic operational environment.

About the Position

Planning Personnel Professional will play a key role in ensuring effective, timely, and optimal staff scheduling for operational activities. The position may be part of the Human Resources team or the Operations department and involves leading the Planning department.

🎯 Main objective of the role

Preparing and managing daily/weekly/monthly schedules.

Ensuring optimal alignment between operational needs and available staff.

Key responsibilities:

•    Preparing and maintaining schedules according to the flight program

•    Optimally allocating staff based on availability, skills, and budgets

•    Leading and motivating the planning team

•    Monitoring and adapting schedules in the event of changes and emergencies

•    Managing working hours, vacation, absences, and reports

•    Analysing and proposing process optimizations

🔸 Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s (administrative/technical background preferred)

•    Experience in a similar position

•    Excellent organizational and communication skills

•    Results-oriented and detail-oriented

•    English – working level
