Duty Supervisor Liège

• Ensure an active supervision, guidance, planning and coordination of the different activities inside cargo, ramp and passenger side, with an efficient use of resources

• Follow-up on productivity, define priorities, adjust planning and workload

• Responsible for safety and quality during the shift;

• First point of contact for customers (quality, pricing, …)

• Motivate, evaluate, coach staff

• Define priorities, adjust planning and workload

• Instructions and procedures: work out, implementation and follow-up

• Contribute in work-out and implementation of improvement projects

We are looking for a motivated candidate who:

• Has a profound knowledge of the aircraft handling and/or cargo handling activities

• Is good in planning, setting of priorities, coping with stress and peak moments

• Has a proactive attitude, is customer-oriented and is a real problem-solver

• Has good communication-skills (French / English – Dutch is an asset)

• Is a born leader who can motivate and coach his/her staff
