Job description
Main activities of the position:
Ensure the reception and transfer of passengers and crews of private flights in the various dedicated areas as well as the transfer of passengers and crews to the lounges / passengers and crews to the aircraft, taking into account the specificities of the clientele;
Provide support and assistance to passengers and crews to facilitate their journey;
Ensure the verification of necessary and mandatory documents;
Take into account and handle special or specific situations during these operations;
Manage flights, handle phone calls, and process emails in flight preparation;
Ensure necessary communication for the smooth operation of operations with company employees, stakeholders, partners, passengers, and crews;
Assist grounded aircraft as well as perform small handling tasks and handle goods (cabin baggage);
Ensure compliance with safety rules and security measures (report security-related events).
Job requirements
Skills / Necessary Prerequisites:
Mandatory bilingual English
Mandatory driving license
Clean criminal record (airport)
Good presentation – Motivated – Willing - Dynamic – Punctual – Available and Flexible (work on weekends and public holidays, shift work)
Airport open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
Working hours from 5 am to 11 pm
Possibility of overtime in the summer
Fixed-term contract of 4 to 8 months
Base salary 30 hours at €1,598.54 gross (€1,865.00 for 35 hours) (to which night hours, Sunday hours, dirt allowance, travel allowance, meal allowance are added).
Contract starts on a 30-hour basis, then on a 35-hour basis after 8 weeks of presence. Wearing professional attire and safety equipment is mandatory (provided by the company).
