Job description
Main job activities:
Load / Unload luggage on carts;
Open and close cargo doors;
Participate in setting up equipment upon arrival and departure of the aircraft;
Chock the aircraft, mark and remove chocks and markings;
Prepare, clean, and store runway equipment;
Drive and tow vehicles and equipment to ensure cargo loading and unloading, passenger boarding and disembarkation;
Transport any equipment necessary for aircraft handling for which he has been trained and authorized by the hierarchy (e.g., GPU (Ground Power Unit), ASU (Air Start Unit), etc.);
Communicate information between teams and various stakeholders;
Ensure compliance with Safety and Security rules.
Job requirements
Required Skills / Prerequisites:
Mandatory English proficiency
Mandatory driver's license
Clean criminal record (Regulated areas requiring administrative authorizations)
Motivated – Volunteer - Dynamic – Punctual – Available and Flexible (work on weekends and holidays, shift hours)
Airport open 7 days a week, 24/7
Working hours range from 5 am to 11 pm
Possibility of overtime hours in the Summer period
Fixed-term contract of 4 to 8 months
Base salary for 30 hours is €1,589.97 gross (€1,855.00 for 35 hours) (additional payments for night hours, Sunday hours, dirt allowance, travel allowance, meal allowance).
Contract starts based on 30 hours, then shifts to 35 hours after 8 weeks of presence.
Wearing professional attire and safety equipment is mandatory (provided by the company)
