MAIN JOB ACTIVITIES
Welcome customers
✓ Welcome customers in dedicated areas while considering customer specificities.
✓ Assist and support individual customers: passengers with reduced mobility (PRM), unaccompanied minors to help them with the registration, transfer, disembarkation, arrival, baggage delivery, etc.
Inform customers and their companions individually and/or collectively
✓ Provide general, individual, and collective information related to departures, check-ins, boardings, and arrivals: flights, guidelines to follow, indications of halls, zones, boarding gates, baggage claim belts, etc.
✓ Guide customers geographically within the airport.
✓ Provide assistance and support to passengers, customers, and their companions to facilitate their journey.
Ensure necessary communication for the smooth operation of operations with company employees, stakeholders, partners, and passengers
Job requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS / JOB REQUIREMENTS
✓ No professional experience required for the position.
✓ Skills in sales techniques and conflict management.
✓ Mastery of airline procedures.
✓ Proficiency in English.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES
✓ The position requires a Bachelor's degree, obtained in the specialty or an equivalent qualification.
✓ Holder of a driver's license.
✓ Holder of certifications related to the activity.
✓ Acquisition and mastery of mandatory authorizations and permits.
JOB CHARACTERISTICS AND ENVIRONMENT
✓ The job is carried out in regulated areas and requires administrative authorizations.
✓ Shift work including weekends and public holidays.
✓ Partially outdoor work.
✓ Wearing professional attire and safety equipment is mandatory.
✓ Compliance with the "Uniform Charter" is mandatory (uniform, presentation, behavior).
