Proposed contract from March 16, 2026, to November 1, 2026
Main duties and responsibilities:
Check-in, boarding, and deplaning of passengers.
Handling of lost luggage.
Welcoming customers
✓ Greet customers in the various designated areas, taking into account their specific needs.
✓ Assisting and accompanying special-needs customers: passengers with reduced mobility (PRM), unaccompanied minors, to help them with check-in, transfers, disembarkation, arrival, baggage delivery, etc.
Provide information individually and/or collectively to customers and their companions
✓ Provide all general, individual, and collective information related to departures, check-ins, boarding, and arrivals: flights, instructions to follow, directions to terminals, zones, boarding gates, baggage claim carousels, etc.
✓ Guide customers through the airport.
✓ Provide guidance and assistance to passengers, customers, and their companions to facilitate their travel.
Ensure the necessary communication for the smooth operation of activities with company employees, service providers, partners, and passengers
Job requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS:
No professional experience required for the position.
Knowledge in commercial techniques is a plus.
Fluency in English and proficiency in computer tools.
Good cultural and geographical knowledge.
PREREQUISITES:
Driver's license, vehicle
Clean criminal record
Availability
Registration with France Travail.
JOB CHARACTERISTICS AND ENVIRONMENT
The job is carried out in regulated areas and requires administrative authorizations.
Shift work including weekends and holidays.
Partially outdoor work.
Wearing professional attire and safety equipment is mandatory.
Compliance with the "Uniform Charter" is mandatory (uniform, presentation, behavior).
