As an IT Business Information Manager Resource Planning, you will be responsible for managing the planning software solutions that support the business processes and daily operations of Aviapartner.

You will work closely with the IT department, the business units and the external vendors to ensure that the software systems are aligned with the business needs, objectives and strategies. 

You will also oversee the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the software systems, as well as the training and support of the key-users.

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in business information management, software engineering or a related field.

You should have excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in the fast-paced and dynamic aviation industry.

Knowledge of planning resource software solutions (staff, equipment) is a prerequisite.

You should also have a good knowledge of the aviation industry, the ground handling services, and the software solutions that are used in this sector or have relevant experience in a similar sector.


You will be part of an European IT team of +/- 20 people.

We offer the possibility to work partially remote (work from home).

  • Education level Master
  • Extensive experience in an IT Business Information Management role
  • Business liaison mindset (approach IT & processes from a business perspective)
  • Knowledge and experience with resource planning tools (staff, equipment)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Fluent command of English is a prerequisite, additional European languages are an asset
