Who are we?

Aviapartner is one of the largest independent ground handling operators at 70 airports in 7 European countries (Belgium, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and the Netherlands) and South Africa. In Spain, we have approximately 2000 employees, including ramp agents, operations, and passenger agents. We are present at 15 airports, including the main ones in the country, Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Valencia, Ibiza, Tenerife South, among others. We are a company with many opportunities.

What will you do?
As a Passenger Coordinator, you will ensure the correct execution of daily operations. You will be responsible for managing employees, ensuring that check-in counters open on time and gates are occupied on time, taking care of passenger and baggage check-in, baggage claim, boarding, as well as performing some administrative tasks, among other functions.

REQUIREMENTS

Your profile

You have the ability to deal creatively and flexibly in unforeseen circumstances. At the same time, you are patient, communicate correctly, enthusiastically, and decisively. You are an ambitious person who knows how to keep a cool head in moments of high work pressure. In addition, you will need:

·High school diploma or equivalent.

·Minimum B1 level of English or at least the ability to read and understand the required level.

·English test will be conducted.

·No experience in the sector is required, although it will be valued.

Tasks to be performed

The tasks to be performed will include:

·Flight preparation and sealing

·Flight control

·Passenger and baggage check-in

·Lost baggage claim

·Flight boarding

·Documentation tasks: customer service at the counter.

·Handling and preparation of flight documentation.
